COMPREHENSIVE LEGAL AID FOR FOREIGNERS

WE WILL COMPLETE ALL THE FORMALITIES

Our Law Firm can represent you from the very beginning of the procedure to legalize your stay or work. We will help you get the necessary documents so that the application does not contain any formal deficiencies – this will speed up the administrative procedure by several months.

We will keep you up-to-date to keep your business done as soon as possible. We will be in constant contact with the employee leading your case. If necessary, we will go to an interview with the Director of the Department for Foreign Affairs. Immediately after the statutory deadline for issuing your decision, we will send a collection letter to the Voivodeship and a complaint to the Provincial Administrative Court for inaction or length yaten ness of the proceedings.

DURING THE PROCEEDINGS – WE ARE SPEEDING UP THE ISSUANCE OF A RESIDENCE PERMIT

If you have already applied for a stay and have been waiting for months for a decision and a residence card, we will help you get it faster. There are special procedures that lead to the body’s commitment to a faster decision.

What’s more, we can get up to a few thousand gold compensation for your long-term diagnosis of your case.

WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY TO US AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

Your case should be resolved within a month and within two months at the latest. The sooner you get to us, the sooner we can get started. Even if you have been informed that your case will be heard within four months, know that the Authority will most likely extend the deadline for the handling of your case, often even without informing you. The Pomeranian Regional Office in Gdańsk regularly does not inform the Applicants about the postponement of the settlement, which constitutes a serious violation of the Administrative Law.

If you apply to us one month after the date of your application, we will immediately start uping the Office to get your case done. Then you can get a residence card up to a year faster.

HOW WE WORK

WE CHECK YOUR CASE FILE

Few people know this, but you have the right to review the files of your administrative case, initiated by submitting an application e.g. for the granting of a temporary residence permit. You can also obtain and photograph photocopies of them. When we review the case files, we see how he acted and what the Office did in your case.

These files should be made available to you immediately. However, it is often very difficult to call the Office to set a time limit for accessing the file. Some Offices also set distant deadlines, which violates the principle of active participation of the party to the proceedings (that is, yours) in administrative proceedings.

When we review the case file, we are in a case to determine with the employee what documents to provide to speed up the proceedings. In fact, often in the tax of many months of waiting expires, for example, insurance policy. You can wait up to a few months to make up for the formal shortcomings of the proposal. We’ll find out faster what needs to be done. We will also find out if your inquiry has been sent to the Police, Border Guard and Homeland Security Agency within a reasonable time. These authorities must check and provide the Voivodeship with information on whether there are contraindications to your stay in Poland. The police, the Border Guard and the Internal Security Agency have a month to do so, and in complex cases, two months.

WE CONTACT THE EMPLOYEE LEADING YOUR CASE

We always try to get direct contact with the employee of the Office leading your case or to his superior. We then discipline officials to get your case done on time. At the same time, we can determine faster at what stage your case is.

WE WRITE A COLLECTION

About the collection you will read in the BLOG.

WE REFER THE ACTION TO THE PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE COURT

You can read about the complaint to the Provincial Administrative Court in the BLOG.

HOW MUCH IT COSTS AND WHAT YOU CAN GAIN

The procedure for speeding up the adoption of a decision legalising a stay in Poland does not entail significant costs.

Filing a collection letter to the Head of the Office for Foreigners is free of charge, with the exception of stamp duty from the attorney’s power of attorney – this fee is PLN 17.00.

The entry from the complaint to the Provincial Administrative Court costs PLN 100.00. These are very small sums, considering that:

  • we can speed up your decision by a few months, and if you apply to us early – up to a year,
  • The court may order several thousand zlotys in compensation in your favor.

Of course, a separate issue is the remuneration of the Law Firm, which we determine individually with the Client according to its capabilities and complexity of the case. It is always possible to distribute the remuneration of our Law Firm in installments.
